The Fulton Falcons have received the No. 1 ranking in the Murphy Fair Class 3A preseason state football poll that was released Thursday. The Falcons secured 10 first place votes and appeared on more ballots than any other team in 3A.The preseason ranking by coaches is Tennessee’s only published ranking of high school teams before the start of the season. Teams are ranked by total number of top-10 votes by coaches throughout the state. First-place votes are from coaches in poll classification.
